This document is meant to clarify issues concerning our specifications for all artwork, poetry and prose submitted to the Heaven's Hell Art Labyrinth.
 

What we do/don't accept
Heaven's Hell is seeking high quality works of original dark literature and art: poetry, articles [ religion/occult related rants and essays], short stories, even longer stories; dark photography (esp. b/w ) & illustrations [sketches, paintings, drawings, animations, flash animations, digital graphic art] .
 

NOTE:

Regarding Religion rants and essays!

Because of the site orientation and my own personal beliefs, ALLOWED Are Just rants and essays related to:

• Thelema

• laveyinan Satanism

• Chaos

• LHP in general

[ as I respect the Law  "Do what thou wilt..!" you Feel Free to send any other essay or rant But it won't be published here! ;) ]

Genre
Wide range of literary and artistic dark expression, including: horror, BDSM and dark fantasy, fetishism ( fetish fashions), occult, fiction and SF. All aspects of Dark Erotica (BDSM/fetish related) & erotic horror welcome!

All submissions must have:
1. A title
2. "Name of Author" attached, whether it be your real name or a pseudonym
3. Valid email address
4. At least 3 pieces of material of whatever it is you do!
and (optional)
5. include a short bio (about one or two paragraphs), the url to your website and if you want, a photo of yourself.

ARTWORK
Digital Artwork, scanned drawings, paintings, and Photography are allowed to be accompanied by captions (a poem, short story/ explanation of what the picture is about). Feel free to include any additional material that you feel is important.

NOTE:
1. Submit the caption With the artwork! Do NOT send us two different e-mails!!!
2. Size of every picture MUST be under 100kb.

3. Do not send only one picture. Please send us at least 5-6 pictures, otherwise we won't be able to make a gallery.

4. Please Don't send more than three images per email.

5. All graphics must include the artist's signature or other defining mark.

PROSE

(Short stories, essays, rants, articles) MUST HAVE A GENRE CLASSIFICATION! For example If your story is about BDSM lifestyle put below your name and Before story title "Genre: BDSM/ Dark Erotica" )

Allowed Prose genre classifications are:

• General Dark

• Vampire Fiction

• BDSM/Fetish/Dark Erotica

• Erotica/X-Rated Fiction

• Fiction

• Occult

• Religion

• Horror

• SF
   

NOTE:

- You are free to submit as many stories as you like, but please submit only one per email (i.e., if you want to submit two stories, send two separate emails).

• Alternative

• Goth

• Dark Wave

• Industrial

• Electronica

• Trance

• Goa

• Digital Hardcore

• Deep House

• Ambient

• Dark Ambient

• Hardcore/Punk

You can submit your material as much and as often as you want.

All work is volunteer and donated. We can not offer payment, but do provide exposure for your work in an ezine developing a niche readership. We can both benefit by joining forces.

Submit only YOUR work. We will not accept work of another author, unless we can contact that author for permission to reproduce her/his work.

Though we prefer to publish previously unpublished work, if the work has been published, let us know where.
We are printing prose/poetry/artwork online with the author's permission. We reserve the right to republish the work in an anthology, if we happen to do so, Copyrights revert to the author.
Authors retain all copyright to their material, but grant Heaven's Hell Art Labyrinth the right to edit their work before publication, and perpetual online rights to publish work online and to edit/update it as necessary.

Author may republish any such material online, but we appreciate it if Author give credit and provide a link to Heaven's Hell as the original place of publication.
