Death by Sorrow
A long pain in your heart, it fades to black and
flakes off with the wind carried upon your veins. Precious gasps of air stolen
from your lungs by the wretched sound of a thousand tortured cries for help.
Fingernails broken and bleeding caused by the constant claw at the floor beneath
you body. Hurtful caesuras rip your meat to shreds and split the skin, causing
you to bleed life even more. If only you had remembered that you were loved. Red
dyed acid flows onto your face as you spit your very soul into your hands.
catching it as it spills through the floor, letting you see a glimpse of hell.
Now you remember that someone loves you, now there is nothing you can do and now
you die the way the weak dies. Bleeding and feeling sorry for yourself. Sharp
violent edges tare your eyes from their sockets. Your very knowledge runs past
what once were your eyes and you didn't even see it. All the memories, all the
intelligence wasted because you were weak. As you lay in a puddle of your own
life you realize that this is it and there is nothing that anyone can do about
it. The real pain that you discover is not your own death, it is the mere fact
that you did not open your eyes to see the truth!
