Cry On Deaf Ears
Tears of my own pity
blood
of my severed veins
was the cut meant to be that deep?
was the razor my last hope
now in the blindness of my weak eyes do I see my mistake
maybe not for pain is the release of your souls crying
mourning to be what it can not
shouting to be listened to though only deaf ears will listen
This vile poison that your mind has consumed will take you
apart piece by piece
'til your left there alone and vulnerable to everyone's eyes
with the social spot light on your anti-ways you seem to
cower in the crowd, your
face blending with rest of the faceless
ones walking by with out a second glance
of your naked fear, still while you fear what is nothing no
one can see, your own minds images take control of you, insanity is the least
of your worries
or so you may think for paranoia is only a step away...

Pity On You
My mind can't wait to see the end
the end to me is when you're gone
your frantic cry agonizing my ears will
alas be none
when the last breath slips by your pale purple lips
a smile of satisfaction will slyly find its way to mine
and as your body is lowed into the earth's starving soul
my tormented mind will be at ease
Wait! This is wrong; you're gone and I can still hear you
your voice
your thoughts
your screaming pleas
even through the ground your dammed life calls to me
as I hold my head and start to think
only your face comes to mind
then a laugh
a smile
a gun
now I'm gone
and we'll have fun

Trust me Author: Angel
|
|
Trust me
I wipe my eyes
my useless tears
they never stop when I want them to
my body aches
my skin so cold
just like my heart
and why
because of you..
you took the feel of kindness away
you drained it from me though I needed it so very much
I let you in me
I let you spread like a virus
an I let you consume my mind,
I believed you could love me
I believed you would never hurt me
I believed in you
now I cower
I shudder in your name
at the slights touch I scream out in vain
my thoughts devour my minds last breath
I suffocate in the sweet smell of air
an I choke on the pity you left me in,
so now that I lay in my bitter sorrow at least I have learned to trust no one
but listen to any one
