My interest in the human form has been
inspired by many artists, from Degas to Picasso. Also my love for
Impressionism has been a large influence in my life. This site is an
expression of the beauty of the human body and spirituality.
I enjoy studying the works of Photographers, Designers and Painters who
share the same interest as I.
To many, the study of the human body can be considered a private experience
for the artist because of the way many people view the nude. I can't see a
more appropriate subject to study in the area of art then life itself.
Artist from the beginning of time have spent there lives studying the human
form.
I work mostly in oils. I usually start with a pencil sketch on white canvas,
I like to work fast, keeping the drawing fresh and loose. After I feel the
drawing is where I want it, I mix oils to a flesh tone that suits the mood
of the model and work fast to keep it feeling alive and not overly painted.
I paint for me, the subject is for me, I intend to spend my life with this
passion, the body is my MUSE.
